How is commission on branded items tracked?

Every item that you create through the Partner Program is considered a branded item. When someone purchases one of your branded items you earn the commission rate associated with your current Partner Plan.

How is commission on Sweatgoods apparel tracked?

Partner Plan levels 2, 3 and 4 offer the ability to earn commission on not only your branded items, but also on referred sales of Sweatgoods products. Each Partner in levels 2, 3 and 4 will receive a custom url that you can use in your merchandise marketing. All referred sales will be tracked using your custom URL.

How do I track sales that I've made?

Every Partner Plan comes with automated branded product sales tracking. You will receive an automated report delivered via email every day that shows your branded product sales over a 14 day time period. A report detailing your referred sales of Sweatgoods branded apparel will be sent every 14 days.

How do I receive my payments?

Payments are made every 14 days. Partners can select from the below methods to receive their payments.

  • Paypal
  • Venmo
  • Cash App
  • ACH transfer

Will I have commissions reversed if customers return my products?

No. All commissions are final and are not subject to customer returns, delivery errors, or product issues.

What styles can I sell?

Every Partner plan has full access to all of our core styles. Levels 3 & 4 of the partner plan gain access to additional specialty goods. View the full product assortment here.

How do I design my products? 

Once you have selected the styles you would like to sell you can send us the designs that you would like to apply to your items. All of our products are completely customizable and can be designed with any graphic in any position. Our unique process also enables you to sell your items in any color or with any all over print.

Can Sweatgoods help me design my products?

Sweatgoods will work with you to create your styles using your existing graphics and logos. We will also assist you in offering more colors and advise on the best layouts for your items. Partner Plan Level 4 offers full design services: You outline your ideas and Sweatgoods will create your graphics or all over prints from the ground up.

Will there be Sweatgoods branding on my items?

Sweatgoods branding will only appear on the inside neck label.

Are there any design restrictions?

Sweatgoods reserves the right to reject any submitted designs. Offensive imagery or language will not be published.  

How long does it take for a product to go live?

Once a design has been submitted and approved we will get going on publishing your item asap. Typically, an approved item will be live within 2-3 business days.

How do I customize my brand page?

Partner Plans 2, 3 and 4 offer fully customizable landing pages and product pages. You can provide custom imagery, links to your social media and website, and additional custom content.

Where will my products appear?

Once your items are live they will appear on your dedicated landing page within the sweatgoods.com website. For example, a trainer named "Joe's Gym' would have their landing page at url: sweatgoods.com/joes-gym. All landing page urls and page names are completely customizable. Partner plan levels 3 & 4 offer the enhanced benefit of sitewide product inclusion - all items will be included in Sweatgoods general collection listings and have the opportunity to be featured on the homepage.

Can Sweatgoods help me design my products?

Sweatgoods will work with you to create your styles using your existing graphics and logos. We will also assist you in offering more colors and advise on the best layouts for your items. Partner Plan Level 4 offers full design services: You outline your ideas and Sweatgoods will create your graphics or all over prints from the ground up.

How does my audience find my products?

You can send your audience to your dedicated landing page to shop your assortment of Sweatgoods. Your page/brand name will also be listed and linked within the Sweatgoods Partners navigation and page. Each product page will also contain a link back to your dedicated brand page.

Are there any contracts?

Every Partner Plan operates as a month-to-month service. You will be charged every 30 days for your selected Partner Program Level. If payment is not made your account will be downgraded to the Level 1 (Free) version and commissions will immediately be adjusted. You can choose to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time.

How do I pay for my Partner Plan?

Once you have onboarded with Sweatgoods you will receive a link to your Partner Program billing page. Once the initial payment has been submitted your program will be live. Your card will be continued to be charged the monthly rate every 30 - 31 days.

Can I bulk order my products?

Yes, you can contact us to submit a bulk order for your goods.

All of our products are individually hand made to order in the USA. We utilize a unique digital printing process that produces a vibrant and soft garment that is unlike anything else your audience owns.
